On behalf of IAB's President, Dr. Paulo Tonet Camargo, we are pleased to share with you IAB's Document 15/2024 entitled “IAB's Basis for Legislation on platforms and new digital technologies in defense of Freedom of Expression and Democracy”, and its respective Annexes (Doc. 8/2021: “For a Free and Independent Broadcasting in the Digital Era” and Doc.10/2023: “Carta de Brasilia”), unanimously approved by IAB's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on May 13, in Washington D.C., with the organization and sponsorship of the National Association of Broadcasters - NAB.
